Manhattan Family Practice was founded by Dr Albert Levy and specializes in providing excellent, high-quality primary healthcare to patients and their families. Medical services include physicals, GYN exams, sick & diagnostic visits, vaccinations, travel consults, Immigration Medical Exams for US, Canada Australia, New Zealand and Belgium.

Immigration Exams

Dr Levy is a Designated Panel Physician for US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. He is also an affiliated physician with the Embassy and Consulates of Belgium, France, Brazil and other countries for medical visa exams and health forms. With years of experience, Dr Levy and his staff ensure this process is performed as efficiently, courteously, safely and speedily as possible.

Vaccines & Travel Advice

Manhattan Family Practice is an official travel vaccine center, offering immunizations for all ages and conditions, including Yellow Fever. With more and more people choosing exotic destinations and embarking on adventurous vacations, we wish to remind you of the importance to travel well-protected. The World Health Organization (WHO) advises all travelers to consult with their doctors 4-6 weeks before departure.

Dr Albert Levy and Nurse Practitioner, Joelle Koplin, advise patients to make and keep regular appointments for ongoing health matters.
